Paul S. Fitzgerald is President and Chief Review Officer of Advanced Appraisal Services, Inc. Paul opened Advanced Appraisal’s door in 1996. There are currently five staff appraisers and training and mentoring new appraisers is an on-going mission. Prior to Advanced Appraisal Services Paul trained and earned his accreditation in the states of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Paul, his wife and their two sons reside in Northern Virginia.
